I had been to the GP for dizzy spells and had blood tests for all sorts of things. As I also had a stiff neck and it was suggested I come to see James. Once I started treatment the dizziness went away really quickly. He worked out there was blood supply issue and was able to fix it then and there with the whole procedure being pain free.
